imbolo mbue wins pen/faulkner fiction award

PEN/Faulkner Foundation announced today that Imbolo Mbue is the winner of the 37th Annual PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction for her debut novel, Behold the Dreamers. The book explores a Cameroonian immigrant's experience living in the U.S.  

Mbue will receive the award on 6 May 2017 at the Folger Shakespeare Library here in DC.  Tickets are $100.  For more information about attending award ceremony, click here.
