6 june 1968 & mckinley seniors excited about yearbook and upcoming graduation

#OTD 6 June 1968 Seniors from McKinley Tech HS (151 T St, NE) were excited about the yearbook and their graduation on 10 June at Constitution Hall (18th & C Sts, NW).

According to the Evening Star, there were 686 graduating seniors. Laura Henley was valedictorian and Brenda Howard was salutatorian. Joseph Yeldell, City Council member, was the commencement speaker.
