#OTD 12 August 1968 Harry Belafonte performed at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre (16th St & Colorado Ave, NW). His engagement run was 2 August through 18 August. He shared the stage with the Delores Hall Singers, Kim Weston and Robert Henson.

His songs included:

"Havah Negileh"
"Try to Remember" (with Robert Henson)
"Kingston Town"
"Island in the Sun"

Kim Weston, former Motown singer, sang:
